<h2>Housing for SIUE Transfer Students</h2>
<p>On-campus housing is a popular choice. Transfer students may choose to live in Cougar Village apartments or in a residence hall. Single students should apply early to ensure a space. A Single Student Housing Application and a $300 deposit are due May 1 for the fall semester, December 1 for the spring semester, and April 1 for the summer term.</p>
<p>Family housing is available for married couples or students with dependent children. For information about child care, contact the SIUE Early Childhood Center at (618) 650‑2556. A separate application for family housing is required with a $175 deposit. If space is offered, the deposit will be applied toward charges for that term.</p>
