<p><span class="header">What is Springboard to Success?</span></p>
<p><span class="xbodytext"><strong><span style="color:#CC0000;">Springboard to Success</span></strong> is a mandatory pre-entry advisement program for freshmen that will jump-start your university experience and help you make a smooth transition to SIUE. This program includes academic advisement and class registration, and is designed to better acquaint students and parents with SIUE. It’s a great opportunity for you and your family to experience life on campus.</span></p>
<p><span class="xbodytext">At Springboard, students will have the opportunity to:</span></p>
<ul type="square" class="xbodytext">
<li>Be advised and register for fall classes</li>
<li>Take care of other University business</li>
<li>Get your SIUE student I.D. and e-mail address</li>
<li>Meet current and future SIUE students, faculty, and staff</li>
<li>Explore the campus and learn your way around</li>
</ul>
<p><span class="xbodytext">Parents, too, will have a great opportunity to experience SIUE while attending sessions about financial aid, paying the bills, residence life, student privacy rights, and making a successful transition to your student’s college career.</span></p>
