Register for Springboard by mail

Registering online for Springboard to Success is the most efficient way to register for the program because you are given instant confirmation of your Springboard to Success date. This registration procedure does, however, require that a credit card be used. If you do not wish to use this registration procedure, please feel free to click the link below, print the registration form, and mail the completed form and program payment to:
