<p align="left">This summit is a direct culmination of efforts originally conceptualized at the 2003 National Pain and Palliative Care Summit at The Ohio State University. It was then that a group of pharmacists with an interest in pain and palliative care recommended convening a planning summit in which to improve the education of today's and tomorrow's pharmacists on pain and palliative care. This 1½ day conference will focus on opportunities to facilitate change across the continuum of a pharmacist's professional life.
