Dr. Mark Luer is Associate Dean of Professional and Student Affairs, Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Luer was the first Chair for the Department of Pharmacy Practice at SIUE. Prior to joining the SIUE School of Pharmacy, he served on the faculties at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. Dr. Luer earned his B.S. in Pharmacy and Pharm.D. degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and he completed a Clinical Pharmacy Residency, a Critical Care Specialty Residency, and Neuroscience Fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center .
Ms. Connie Stamper-Carr is the Director of Student Services in the School of Pharmacy. She works directly with prospective and enrolled pharmacy students. Ms. Stamper-Carr has worked as an academic adviser for 25 years. She holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from Western Illinois University and an M.A. degree in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Mrs. Tessa L. Keys is the Academic Advisor in the School of Pharmacy.  She works with prospective and enrolled pharmacy students.  She also provides support for special events in the School of Pharmacy, in addition to maintaining the web site.  Mrs. Keys has worked as an Academic Advisor for 3 years.  She earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2004 and a M.S. degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University in 2005.
