<h3>Student Success Center</h3><p><img height="233" border="0" width="400" alt="Student Success Center" src="/id0904f67a805ef7ca" /></p><p><a href="http://www.siue.edu/muc/ssc/sasc_files/floorplans.htm">Building Floor Plans </a></p><p>The Student Success Center is a new building attached to the Morris University Center. The SSC is a central location for a variety of student services. The building, upon completion, will be open 24 hours per day, so students will always have access to a computer and will also have access to conference and seminar rooms for small group meetings and to practice group presentations.</p><p>The Student Success Center houses <a href="http://www.siue.edu/healthservice/">Health Services</a>, <a href="http://www.siue.edu/counseling/">Counseling Services</a>, <a href="http://www.siue.edu/dss/">Disability Support Services</a>, <a href="http://www.siue.edu/soar/">SOAR</a>, <a href="http://www.siue.edu/kimmel/sg/index.shtml">Student Government</a>, <a href="http://www.siue.edu/careerdevelopmentcenter/">Career Development Center</a>, a Computer Lounge, and a Student Lounge. New and continuing students who have not declared their major receive academic advising each semester in <a href="http://www.siue.edu/advising/">Academic Counseling and Advising</a>. Students take placement tests, can enroll in classes to strengthen particular skill areas, obtain tutoring services, or practice their computer skills in labs, classes, and services provided by <a href="http://www.siue.edu/IS/">Instructional Services</a>.</p>
