CensusScope

CensusScope is a tool for investigating U.S. demographic trends developed by the Social Science Data Analysis Network (SSDAN) at the University of Michigan. It provides maps, charts and rankings that focus on population growth, population by race, age structure, and family structure. The data is available from the 1990 and 2000 Censuses for states, counties, and metro areas.

The Economic Statistics Briefing Room offers recently released economic indicators for the United States. Included are production, output, income, expenditures, wealth, employment, earnings, prices, money, transportation, and international trade statistics.

Statistical Abstract of the United States

The Statistical Abstract of the United States web site contains selected statistical tables from the print version of the Statistical Abstract and tables from USA Statistics in Brief. Tables provide information on state rankings for population, health, education, employment, public aid, social security, income, crime, energy, business, federal funds, and motor vehicles.
