Black Heritage Month recognizes their struggle for freedom and many contributions to society.&lt;/p&gt;            &lt;p align="left"&gt;The exhibition, on the first floor of Lovejoy Library throughout the month of February, commemorates the social, cultural, political, and educational contributions of individuals such as the art of Romare Bearden and the leadership of several Black professionals. It also celebrates the completed lives of national leaders James Forman and Shirley Chisholm and local leaders William Bailey and Minnie Liddell. Other individuals portrayed in the exhibition include Maya Angelou, Bishop Wilton Gregory, Bill Cosby, Marian Anderson, and Emmett Till.&lt;/p&gt;        &lt;/td&gt;        &lt;!--EndFragment--&gt;    &lt;/tr&gt;&lt;/table&gt;</body>
