SIUE’s Green Roofs Draw International Conference Participants

Drs. Serdar Celik, Susan Morgan and Bill Retzlaff presented a general overview of the green roof projects that are atop the School of Engineering and Student Success Center, demonstrated green roof module testing in the School of Engineering’s wind tunnel and discussed analyses of the suspended solids and turbidity in green roof runoff being conducted by an SIUE Master’s student.  The participants included practitioners, students and faculty from across the United States, Canada and Poland and were impressed with the variety and extensiveness of the research.
