<body>&lt;h2&gt;Educational Administration Program to be Offered at Mt. Olive&lt;/h2&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;The Educational Leadership Department will be offering the Educational Administration Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree (12 courses) at Mount Olive School beginning in June 2011.&amp;nbsp; The program leads to a General Administrative Certification (Type 75) in Illinois and Initial Administrative Certification in Missouri.&amp;nbsp; This certification is appropriate for such positions as assistant principal, principal, director and assistant superintendent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those individuals who already have a Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree, the Educational Administration Program will offer a Certificate Only option (9 courses) or a Specialist Degree in general administration option (10 courses).&amp;nbsp; Both of these options lead to a General Administrative Certificate.&amp;nbsp; Additional information is available at &lt;a href="http://www.siue.edu/educationaladministation"&gt;siue.edu/educationaladministation&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coursework Schedule&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the summer, classes will be held in a compact format during the day.&amp;nbsp; During the fall and spring semesters, classes will be held on Tuesday evenings.&amp;nbsp; Most courses will be offered in an eight-week format and several courses may be offered online.&amp;nbsp; The overall schedule of the program is designed for participants to complete a full Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree within a two-year period or six semesters (2 courses per semester).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cost&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Off-campus rates apply!&amp;nbsp; Current tuition is $751.50 and off-campus fees for the summer semester are scheduled to be $169.65 for a total of $921.15 for a three-semester hour class.&amp;nbsp; Tuition waivers will be accepted.&amp;nbsp; (Waivers are issued to cooperating teachers who host student teachers.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enroll Now as SPACE IS LIMITED and classes are expected to fill!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt; The program is scheduled to begin in June; however, participants need to apply by April 24, 2011 to insure acceptance into the program before classes begin.&amp;nbsp; To apply, go to &lt;a href="http://www.siue.edu/apply" target="_blank"&gt;siue.edu/apply&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For assistance with the admission/enrollment process, consider contacting Angie White, Assistant Director for Graduate Programs, at (618) 650-2433 or by email at&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="mailto:angewhi@siue.edu"&gt;angewhi@siue.edu&lt;/a&gt;.&#13;
