Dr. Sumner has written seven textbooks and has published over forty research papers on computer-supported collaborative work, the management of information technology personnel, ERP project implementation, and electronic commerce. Her research has appeared in <em>Database,The Journal of Systems Management, Information and Management, the Journal of Computer Information Systems, and Information Resource Management Journal.</em> Her academic background includes a Bachelor's from Syracuse University, a Master's from the University of Chicago, a Master's from Columbia University, and a doctorate from Rutgers University.</span></p>

After ten years at Brown Group, Mr. Tons moved on to MasterCard International where he held a variety of positions including Director and Vice-President Security and Risk Management. He spent time at Computer Associates. He is currently employed by Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation where he is the IT PMO Director.</span></p>

Most of his experience has been with professional services firms such as Mercer Human Resource Consulting, IBM and Roley, Nichols Capitol Group. He has led many complex enterprise technology projects, merger integrations and has successfully established enterprise PMO’s at Mercer and other organizations. As the Director of the IT Infrastructure PMO at Express Scripts he provides oversight on IT infrastructure’s portfolio of projects, guidance to the project managers, and works with the broader organization to develop and refine best practices in project delivery.</span></p>
