Mr. Carter taught for six years as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Oklahoma Christian University (Oklahoma City).&amp;nbsp; Mr. Carter also worked in television news as a reporter/producer for a local station in Amarillo, Texas.&lt;/td&gt;&#13;
