            &lt;p&gt;Robyn Berkley's research interests are in the areas of diversity, discrimination, and sexual harassment, along with ethics and corporate social responsibility. Her research has been published in scholarly journals such as the Employee Rights and Responsibility Journal, National Womens Studies Association Journal, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Business Ethics, and Society and Business Review. Her teaching focus is the area of Human Resources Management where she has taught the Introductory HR course at the Undergraduate level along with classes in Staffing, Training &amp;amp; Development, and Compensation. At the Graduate level, she has taught an HR Skills course for Non-HR Professionals and is responsible for the Decision-Making Course in the new MBA Curriculum.             &lt;p&gt;Tom Douglas joined the SIUE faculty in 2005. He teaches strategic management and entrepreneurship courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He has also led the China Travel Study course which spends two weeks in the People&amp;rsquo;s Republic of China each year. His teaching philosophy focuses on the belief that students must not only learn important concepts, but must also experience them. Multiple methods must be used to ensure student understanding of the material and enhance their ability to utilize it. His research interests focus on identifying sources of competitive advantage, understanding the entrepreneurial process, and explaining the effect and evolution of quality improvement practices. Professor Douglas has published his research in scholarly journals including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Management, the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Operations Management, the Journal of Business Venturing, the Journal of Business Research, and Decision Sciences.             &lt;p&gt;Susan Dustin teaches courses in organizational behavior, management principles and negotiation. Her research interests include impression management, motivation and performance. She has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Personality and Individual Differences. Prior to returning to school for her Ph.D., Susan worked for more than 15 years in a variety of sales and marketing management positions. She also has several years of consulting and corporate training experience. Susan has a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa, an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and a B.A. from Grinnell College.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

Professor Giacobbe received SIUE&amp;rsquo;s Teaching Recognition Award in 1997 and the Master of Marketing Research Distinguished Teaching Service Award in 2006. His research interest areas include marketing research, marketing ethics, personal selling, and marketing education.             &lt;p&gt;Sungho's primary research interest lies in the analysis of organizational and economic phenomena from the perspective of complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory and organizational economics. Two central pillars constitute his research interest. One pillar consists of discipline-based topics: network theory and evolutionary economics. The other pillar involves phenomena-based topics in strategy: corporate strategy, organizational change and technology management. His studies have been presented at Organization Science Winter Conference, Academy of Management Meetings, and Strategic Management Society.             &lt;p&gt;Ram Madupalli is the current Director of the Master of Marketing Research (MMR) Program. Ram Madupalli&amp;rsquo;s research interests include sales management, customer equity, call center management and marketing research. He has been teaching different marketing courses since 2002 and his teaching interests are personal selling and sales management, marketing research, database marketing and product management. Ram has presented papers at the AMA Marketing and Public Policy conference and Marketing Science conference. His research is published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Industrial Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing and more. Ram&amp;rsquo;s credentials include best paper award at the 2003 Marketing Public Policy conference and recognition as AMA doctoral consortium candidate. His dissertation titled &amp;ldquo;Salesperson behavioral determinants of customer equity: an effectiveness approach&amp;rdquo; is a recipient of AMA dissertation award and Georgia State University dissertation grant. His primary teaching responsibilities in the MMR program covers marketing research methodologies, database marketing and qualitative research. Tim has consulting and corporate training experience at organizations ranging from a small not-for-profit organization to a large multinational publicly-traded firm. He returns to full-time faculty duties in Fall 2008 after serving as the School&amp;rsquo;s interim dean for eighteen months. Dr. Segal serves as a Marketing Consultant to a variety of marketing, business, and marketing research service agencies and organizations. He has been an invited speaker on marketing and marketing research topics for many industry, academic associations and trade organizations both in the United States and abroad. He is extensively published in leading marketing and marketing research journals such as Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Business Research, European Journal of marketing, Journal of Advertising, Industrial Marketing Management, California Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics and Marketing Research. Dr. Segal&amp;rsquo;s teaching and research credentials also include several awards for outstanding teaching and scholarly research. He is the recipient of the 1997 Paul Simon Teaching Research Award. This prestigious award recognizes his success in linking his excellence in teaching with research. His teaching focus is on corporate social responsibility and ethics. Dr. Watson&amp;rsquo;s current research interests include ethical decision making, moral psychology and ideology.
