Registration

It is imperative for each student to complete Course Request Forms for each semester.  Please type the needed information in the fill in form, print, sign and return it to the PAPA office by e-mail, fax, mail or hand delivery. Please first save the form to computer, then fill out form, and e-mail the completed form as an attachment to mpaprogram@siue.edu.  It takes approximately 2 weeks to process these forms.  Completing these forms do NOT guarantee placement within the specified classes!

Comprehensive Exam

• Please Read the instructions for completing the Comprehensive Registration Form since the only method of submitting this document to the PAPA Dept is through EMAIL!

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SIT FOR THE EXAM AND MUST CANCEL TAKING YOUR TEST, IT IS MANDATORY FOR YOU TO SUBMIT ANOTHER REGISTRATION FORM!
