<p>Campus visits of up to one semester by national and international renowned artists and professors afford students and faculty the unique opportunity to work with “the best of the best” in the arts, sciences, social sciences and humanities. A visiting artist-professor program will raise the national profile of programs at SIUE, enhancing recruitment and retention of gifted faculty and students. It will also offer enhanced cultural opportunities to the community-at-large.<br /></p>
