She has a B.S. in education from Illinois State University and an M.S. in public administration from Syracuse University.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="xbodytext"&gt;Her responsibilities include visiting high schools and community colleges, counseling prospective students, and attending college fairs in urban areas. Frances&amp;rsquo; territory includes St. Louis City, Chicago City, East St. Louis, Cahokia, Dupo, Madison, Lovejoy, and Venice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="xbodytext"&gt;&lt;span class="subheader"&gt;Hobbies&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Frances enjoys reading, international traveling, interior decorating, collecting art and antiques, shopping, and dancing.a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</body>
