<p align="center"><img height="121" border="2" width="500" alt="homecoming banner" src="/id0904f67a80587041" /></p><p>Join the SIUE Alumni Association and STAT (Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow) for a tailgating celebration Saturday, October 11th during the Homecoming 2008 Weekend!</p><p>Come to the "Alumni Zone" at the SIUE RecPlex at 11am for live music, food, drinks, free Homecoming 2008 t-shirts, prizes and much more, sponsored by Young Alumni and STAT. </p><p>The STAT food tent brings you a menu including grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers; baked beans; potato salad; cookies; iced tea, lemonade, soda and water. $4 for Alumni Association and STAT membership with membership card. Non-members pay $5.</p><p>Stop by the Young Alumni BEER TENT for ice-cold draft beer. $3 buys you your first beer in a commemorative alumni Homecoming cup. Refills are $2.00 each. The beer tent will be available for anyone 21 and over with photo ID.</p><p><img height="153" border="0" width="229" alt="football" src="/id0904f67a805870a2" align="left" />Then cheer on the <a href="http://www.siueclubfootball.com/index.html" target="_blank">SIUE Club Football Team</a> as the Cougars take on Miami University. Kickoff is at 1pm. The SIUE RecPlex is located across the street from the Early Childhood Center. It is listed as #41 on the <a href="http://www.siue.edu/maps/index.shtml" target="_blank">SIUE Interactive Map</a>. Parking will be available in Lot 12 across the street from the Vadalabene Center. <strong>Please note</strong> - Pets are not allowed the SIUE RecPlex.</p><p><strong>Volunteers are needed for the hospitality tent to help check IDs, sell beer cups and help with perimeter security</strong>. All volunteers will receive an Alumni Tailgate t-shirt and free meal ticket for the STAT food tent (from 11:00am-1:30pm.) We need multiple volunteers for one-hour shifts from 11:00am-3:00pm.
