SIUE alumni, students and friends helped Habitat for Humanity at one of their 27 build sites in the JeffVanderLou Neighborhood of St. Louis on Saturday, September 20th. The volunteers helped with interior and exterior work of the building phase including flooring, cabinets, doors, molding and siding. The SIUE volunteers included: alumni Bev George, Elzora Douglas, Larry Lexow, Katie Bennett and Steve Jankowski; students Brittany Restrepo, Fallon Havera; and friends John George, Ryan Engelke, Di and Herrmann and Jeanne Abert.
