Join the SIUE Alumni Association and the Office of Educational Outreach for SIUE Financial Boot Camp. Topics will cover the life cycle of financial planning - Covering College Cost, Managing Personal Finances and Planning for Retirement. Seminars will be hosted by a panel of alumni, university and community representatives.

The evening will include the panel member presentation, question and answer session and closing networking reception.

Registration Information:

Registration fees for individual seminars are $15 for Alumni Association members, $20 for non-members and free for current students. Seminars will be held in Birger Hall. Free parking and refreshments are included in the registration price.

Make a budget. Plan for your future. Buy a house. Finance your or your children’s education. The list of financial obligations we all face on a daily basis is endless. This seminar on personal financial management will cover a variety of topics that will help you to feel more comfortable in making these important decisions.

How much money will you need when you retire and what steps will you have to take to get there? This seminar will cover the various aspects of planning for retirement, including the financial, healthcare, and end of life arrangements. There’s no time like the present to take these important steps that will insure your future is less painful for those who are left behind.
