<h3>Event Description</h3>
<p>The SIUE Alumni Association, the <a href="http://www.siue.edu/educationaloutreach/" target="_blank">Office of Educational Outreach</a> and the <a href="http://www.edglenchamber.com" target="_blank">Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce</a> have assembled a panel of speakers to discuss the basics of board development. The panel will share their experience with the following topics: what it means to serve on a board of directors; the practical and fiduciary responsibility of board members; the Executive Director and Board President relationship; board organization and committee structures; and board member evaluation process and tools.</p>

<h3>Registration Information</h3>
<p>The registration price is $15 for Alumni Association members and $20 for non-members and community members.
