For the second consecutive year, Washington Monthly, a national magazine, has ranked Southern Illinois University Edwardsville among the Top 50 of the 553 master’s universities in the nation. US News and World Report, SIUE is among the top 20 public universities in the best Regional Universities Midwest (master’s-granting) category for the seventh consecutive year. In addition to the national acclaim that the university has recently received, the campus continues to grow and expand with the largest freshman class ever of 2,076 and total enrollment of 14,100 students. The SIUE Black Alumni Association cordially invites you to attend the 2011 Black Alumni Reunion which will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 through Sunday October 23, 2011. Here are just a few of the fun-filled events planned for the weekend:
To ensure that this year’s Black Alumni Reunion is a success, it is necessary that everyone RSVP their attendance and return their registration fee as soon as possible, but no later than October 14, 2011.
The reunion registration fee is $65 in advance. A reunion t-shirt will be included in the registration fee. Click here to register on-line.
Click here to download the registration form. Forms must be postmarked by October 14, 2011. All forms and fees received after October 14 will be assessed a $15 late fee.
On-site registrations will be accepted on October 21 but an additional late fee will be added - $90 total fee. A t-shirt will not be included with on-site registration.
Proceeds will cover Black Alumni Reunion events and the SIUE Black Alumni Scholarship Fund.
