<h2>Distinguished Alumni</h2><p><br />Graduates of SIUE have gone on to accomplish great things within their professions, their community, and for society in general.&nbsp; We believe these individuals should be recognized for those efforts.&nbsp; If you are aware of deserving individuals, please nominate him/her for the Distinguished Alumni award.&nbsp; The award is presented at the Summer Commencement Ceremony, at which time the recipient serves as one of the commencement speakers. The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented to alumni who have achieved distinction in their field and in service to their community, society, and the university.&nbsp; Nominations can be obtained through ballots submitted by alumni, faculty and through newspaper clippings.</p><p><a href="/id0904f67a8039a499">Nomination Ballot</a></p>
