

All current members of the SIUE Alumni Association are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the SIUE Alumni Association Board of Directors on Thursday, June 2, 2011. The meeting will start at 6:30pm and will be held in the special events room of Evergreen Residence Hall. Free parking will be available in the residence hall parking lot.
The Annual Meeting will be an opportunity for Alumni Association members to learn more about the organization, the university and the Board of Directors. A networking reception will be held immediately following the adjournment of the meeting.
Public Comment Portion
Members are also invited to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. As an Alumni Association member, you have the right to help set the direction for the organization. Each member wishing to address the assembly must sign up in advance by providing their request in writing to sjankow@siue.edu. Requests must be submitted by Wednesday, May 25. We will randomly select 15 individuals from among those who apply. Each selected person will receive two minutes to make their statement, ask a question or raise their issue.
